Guidelines
Themes & Problem Statements
- Each venue will feature: 4 Themes, 8 Problem Statements (2 per theme)
- Participants must select one problem statement at the time of registration
- Teams may participate in both locations, but only one problem statement per location
- Any member can be part of only one team at a particular location
Team Formation
- Team size: 1 to 5 members
- Members may belong to the same or different institutions and disciplines
- Participants must be currently enrolled students
- Each team must nominate a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) during registration
Eligibility Criteria
Who Can Participate:
- Participation is open to all students currently enrolled in Diploma, Undergraduate (UG), or Postgraduate (PG) programs (any discipline) from any recognized private or government institution or university.
- Note: Pass-out students are not eligible.
Documents & Details Required
• During Registration:
- Student ID / Enrollment Number (no upload required)
- Aadhaar Number (no upload required)
• At the Venue (Mandatory):
- Bonafide Certificate (signed & sealed by Head of Institute/Head of Department)
- Valid Student ID
- Aadhaar Card or ID issued by Government
Note: Documents must be carried by every team member on both days and will be verified daily. Failure to produce valid documents will result in denial of participation
Registration Fee
- ₹1000 per problem statement (for a team of 1–5 members) per team. Fee payment is mandatory prior to idea submission.
- Separate registration is required for each venue/location.
Refund Policy
- Shortlisted idea submissions will be communicated via email by 30th April 2026. If an idea is not shortlisted for participation, the registration fee will be refunded by 15th May 2026.
- If a problem statement is cancelled due to an insufficient number of registrations, the registration fee will be refunded by 15th May 2026.
- No refund will be provided under any circumstances other than the cases mentioned above.

Idea (PPT / PDF) Submission
- Mandatory for participation
- Post Registration & Fee payment — Registration and payment confirmation will be sent to the SPOC of the participating team via email along with the Registration ID and the link for idea submission (PPT / PDF upload)
- Must be submitted within the deadline to ensure timely screening
- Format: PPT / PDF (as per template) — Max Size: 5 MB
Idea Submission Screening:
- All ideas will be evaluated
- Shortlisted teams will be notified via email
- Only shortlisted teams will proceed to the hackathon main event
Hackathon Format
- Duration: 2 Days (9:30 AM — 5:00 PM)
- Reporting Time: 9:30 AM (Daily)
- No internal/college-level rounds
Evaluation Process:
Teams will be required to present their solution to the selected problem statement in line with their submitted idea and refine or update it based on the feedback provided by the event judges. Based on the judges' remarks, multiple evaluation rounds may be conducted. All updates and instructions will be communicated during the event.
Prize Structure
Per Problem Statement:
- 1st Prize: ₹25,000
- 2nd Prize: ₹12,000
Total Prize Pool: Up to ₹6,00,000
Additional Benefits of Participation
- Winner Certificates: All members of the First and Second prize-winning teams in each problem statement category will receive an official "Certificate of Excellence cum Participation"

- The organizing team will assist with accommodation guidance
- Participants must arrange and bear their own travel and stay expenses

Note: In case of any misconduct, rule violation, or failure to produce the required documents, immediate disqualification will be enforced without prior notice.
Terms & Conditions
- Registration fee is refundable on certain terms and conditions
- Decisions of judges and organizers will be final and binding
- Organizers reserve the right to modify rules, dates, or structure
