Yes, students from both technical and non-technical backgrounds are eligible to participate.

Each team can have a minimum of 1 member and a maximum of 5 members.

Yes, teams can be formed with members from different institutions and disciplines.

No, a participant can be part of only one team at a particular location.

Yes, teams can participate in both locations, but they must register separately and choose one problem statement per location.

The registration fee is ₹1000 per team per problem statement.

The fee is refundable only under specific conditions: If your idea is not shortlisted, or if a problem statement is cancelled due to low participation. No refunds will be provided in any other cases.

Register on the official website, select venue and problem statement, fill team and SPOC details, pay the registration fee, and receive confirmation and idea submission link via email.

Yes, submitting your idea in PPT / PDF format is mandatory to participate in the hackathon.

Format: PPT / PDF (as per template). Maximum file size: 5 MB.

All submitted ideas will be evaluated by experts. Shortlisted teams will be notified via email and will proceed to the final hackathon.

Participants must carry a Bonafide Certificate (signed & sealed by HoI/HoD), a valid Student ID, and Aadhaar Card or Government ID.

Failure to produce valid documents will result in denial of participation.

The hackathon will be conducted for 2 days (9:30 AM – 5:00 PM) at each venue.

Yes, based on judges’ feedback, teams may be required to improve and re-present their solutions across multiple rounds.

1st Prize: ₹25,000, 2nd Prize: ₹12,000 (per problem statement). Total Prize Pool: Up to ₹6,00,000.

Yes. Winners receive Certificate of Excellence cum Participation, and other participants receive Certificate of Participation.

Yes, participants may get internship & placement opportunities, industry exposure, product development & incubation support, and a Letter of Recommendation for top performers.

Wi-Fi connectivity, power backup, and dedicated working space will be provided.

Accommodation assistance will be provided, but participants must arrange and bear their own expenses.

Both Bhopal and Indore venues are well-connected via railway stations, airports, and bus stands. Detailed connectivity is provided in the guidelines.

Participants are expected to build innovative, practical, and scalable solutions aligned with the selected problem statement.

Any misconduct, plagiarism, or rule violation will lead to immediate disqualification without prior notice.

Yes, organizers reserve the right to modify rules, dates, or structure. All updates will be communicated officially.
